Analysis of such theories will prompt an array of case specific issues that will be met with an explanation of appropriate solutions and guidance. In order for set goals to be achieved management must also be aware of their function through the administration of rewards, feedback and supervision. In order to determine the appropriate candidate to teach Year 5 the nature of the goal must first be assessed.
