You will submit commentaries on 4 articles of personal interest taken from 4 different journals with a science education focus (teaching or research). Your commentaries should consist of: 1. 400-600 words each, 2. the full reference, 3. the reason you chose the article, 4. a concise but detailed synopsis describing the salient points of the article 5. your response, both personally and professionally. As far as possible, this section of your commentary should develop any personal and professional implications you draw from the article, and therefore it will be laced with “I” and “me” and “mine” etc. You should also relate your commentaries to other parts of the course wherever possible. Discuss clearly how this article is relevant to or may impact science education. Refer to other references where possible.
