RESEARCH PROJECT AND ESSAY
The issue that is being explored in this research project is how different internal and external locus control type personalities react to certain situations in regards to their working environment. In the case of the article we are looking at the reactions by staff at PPG Industries in regards to a pay dispute as well as the threat of the firm employing under - skilled strike breakers at a much cheaper cost to fill current employees positions.
