Conclusion: It is thus conclusive that a person is not always born a good manager depending on that person’s opportunities, experience and willingness. With opportunity come managers, with experience come good managers, and with willingness to achieve goals, comes great managers. Having the opportunity to be a good manager doesn’t necessarily mean they must be born with the opportunity, as in today’s society people work to the top whilst acquiring the necessary skills and experience with a set mind frame to achieve top management positions. To do so, they must be made into managers with training and experience and must be given the opportunity to rise to the top with the willingness to succeed.
