There is a common difficulty for the second language learner: how to recognize the amount of various vocabulary of the targeted language. Obviously, it is not realistic to remember the whole dictionary by heart, either is impossible. The recent years have witnessed a number of innovative methods introduced to learning vocabulary rapidly and effectively. One of the prevalent strategies is known as word roots and affixes memory, which underlying theory is the morphology. It means that we can learn the range of words together based on the same word root. Does the morphology really can play a significant role in the SLA? How does it make an effect on the second language input processing? The present study has focused on those issues below.
