Trust - a legal arrangement where property - ownership of property is given to one person (trustee) though he/she owns property but they must use it for the benefit for someone else (beneficiary). Trust does not take effect that beneficiary gets interests UNTIL they owe the trust property by the trustee still needs to be a handover of property. It is executory until then what is required depends on type of property. Remember Corin v Patton – has everything been done in law by settlor so that trustee is able to complete treating as complete a transaction that CL would not.
