Due to the expansion of market, current legacy information system is insufficient to support Natural Beauty’s operation. Analytical CRM softwares can improve customer satisfaction through communication channel optimisation and customer segmentation. Customer retention can be achieved through customer loyalty program and attrition model. Also, Analytical CRM allows Natural Beauty to tailor product mix for specific customers by analysing market trend. The report also discusses several IS security, ethics and privacy issues which Natural Beauty should consider before implementing an integrated system. The main security issues include external attacks and internal treats. Ethics issues such as misleading advertisements and animal testing are also need to be concerned. Also, ensuring the security of confidential customer details should be considered. Furthermore, this report recommends one most suitable business solution to Natural Beauty by applying a scoring model. Oracle’s product called Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne outweighs other vendors’ products because of its outstanding performance in various areas.
