monologue about cultural war - So what is it about culture? Why do we pick and choose culture, the things we like we let live and things we don’t we let die. Does culture become a question of one or two, can I have two cultures or am I forever bound by the culture that is inherently passed down by my family. What about the culture that I want to pass down when I have a family. Is that a matter of choice and creation or is it a matter left upon something passed down to be passed down again. Coming from a Christian family that has migrated from Iraq to Australia almost twenty years ago means that I am in a battle between two cultures.
