In compliance with BreezyRealty, Crunch-IT Consultants, a Sydney-based company employed its business analysts to conduct statistical consultation as per request of the owner manager of BreezyRealty, Stella Jarcque-Bera. Statistical analysis as outlined will measure performance of four sale agents. Two key indicators will be examined in order to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of the agents. Indicator 1 will assess the efficiency of the sale agents through examination of the time taken to sell the listed property. Indicator 2 will examine the effectiveness of the sale agents in accordance to maintenance of customer satisfaction. The agreed target as specified for customer satisfaction is that 80% of customers buying a home through BreezyRealty should be either satisfied or Very satisfied. For the purpose of the report, BreezyRealty has assigned each agent a value from 1-4. Another matter of stipulation as outlined by Stella is whether the pricing structure for the properties listed should change depending of the distance of the house from the beach and the age of the house.
