The architectural and structural engineering drawings for the project are included overleaf. The project involves the construction of a new cabana, rear retaining wall, extension to an existing garage (including new gym area) and a new outdoor shed (located in the North East of the Lot). You are to provide a detailed fee proposal to construct the various structures as detailed by the structural engineering and architectural drawings. Do not include a fee for the new driveway.
