This portfolio will firstly explain intrapersonal effectiveness, secondly analyse The Big Five model and supply my scores based on The Big Five Straits to reflect this theory by giving personal examples and then identify the future development areas by using SMART framework.

One of the most essential aspects of understanding personality is that different people possess different personality traits specific to themself. The most widely respected model of personality is the Five-Factor Model (FFM) (McShane, Olekalns & Travaglione, 2013), which I will be using to critically examine my intrapersonal strengths and weaknesses, with the use of the NEO-IPIP personality test as well as linking my results back to personal experience within my job.
