The purpose of this portfolio is to analyse my intrapersonal effectiveness. This portfolio will reflect on my weaknesses and strengths according to my big 5 personality scores on Costa and McCrae’s test. The portfolio will firstly describe the meaning of intrapersonal effectiveness in terms of the theory. Secondly, it will explain the big five personality test and my score then I will reflect on my execution. Lastly, I will identify the areas of my fallibility which I need to improve in reference to my future goals and strategies regarding to the SMART frame work.
