In this portfolio, I am going to analyse my “Interpersonal Effectiveness” in the scope of my personal experience in BSB124 Working in Business. Firstly, I examine my result from the NEO IPIP measure of personality test, which includes information about the test and the differences between my expectations and the test results. Secondly, I am going to evaluate my future career as an international management of a non-profit organization for women's rights in the Middle East.
