Organisational Control and Structure Report
This report aims to highlight the problems of a key competitor (7 eleven) in relation to the unethical underpayment scheme. The report will analyse the control and organising functions of management by looking at the current models in place at 7 Eleven and comparing them to a more successful model used by other retail companies. Using these comparisons recommendations will be made to be implemented within Stopshop with the intention of preventing problems similar to those of 7 Eleven.
