Introduction Porsche is a cars manufacturer which based in Germany and was found in 1931 by Fredinand Porsche. It is a subsidiary of Volkswaagen. The automotive industry consists of several subsidiaries, Porsche Consulting, Porsche Engineering, Porsche Design Group, Mieschke Hofmann und Partner and Bertrandt. Although Porsche is a subsidiary of a well-known car manufacturer, it has own vision and market position which is different from its parents. In this report, we are going to analyze the business strategy of the Porsche. The article will study its strategy, porters five forces framework, balanced scorecard and the strategic profitability of its main business which are the key factors of its profitability and sustainability.
