RSEC Company is an electronics supply company which has recently acquired a similar company, EBF hence leading to expansion of the business organization. RSEC Company CEO needs to centralize the management of the two companies with several outlets so as to control the business from a central point, former EBF head office in Sydney. The changes which have been identified include the introduction of new sales, logistic and customer service infrastructure. The company has introduced new cell phones and ICT network for communication and EBF-SAP system. However, the changes have been faced with challenges such as redundancy of the workers, increase in employees’ turn-over rate due to stress, lack of job satisfaction and a huge workload, quick implementation of the action plan which and late announcement of the changes to employees and staff. The analysis of the business has shown that the company is not moving well with the new changes which have been introduced. Therefore it was recommended that enough resources such as time, funds and workforce should be allocated for the plan to be implemented. It has been recommended that constant evaluation of the change program should be done to identify the weaknesses and opportunities in the new changes. A four-month change implementation plan was drawn to help the stakeholders in carry out the process. Score: 87/100
