Religion has always been an important part of human culture. The Studies of Religion I course helps students to develop a deeper understanding of the human experience by teaching them about religion, divinity, and other powers that go beyond the everyday human experience. Studies of Religion I investigates the role of religion in human society, from ancient Aboriginal spiritual systems through to modern Christianity. This course is not focussed on one particular religion, instead reaching out to students across Australia who follow a wide range of religious and cultural traditions. Studies of Religion I teaches students about the power of independent thought and analysis and gives them the skills needed to enhance personal communication.

We have a range of study notes and course material based on the Studies of Religion I HSC curriculum, including a comprehensive range of revision notes, assignments, and essays. Learning from other students can be a great way to put your own study notes in perspective and develop a new way of looking at old material.
