Use at least two scholarly sources to build your discussion. B. Reflect on three personal attributes, traits and strengths you possess. Select two attributes, traits or strengths and discuss how these will be useful in the RN role. Use at least two scholarly sources to build your discussion. C. Using the information from your Career Action Plan Worksheet create a Career Action Plan. Be sure to: Identify your career goal Describe key skills that are required for the nursing profession. (You may like to review the RN professional videos in the career focus module as a starting point and use scholarly evidence to support your discussion). Outline a plan for developing the additional skills required from both curricular and extracurricular activities. Within this plan, identify broad timelines of major activities you will undertake between now and the end of your degree to obtain these skills.
