In today’s days and age, greenhouse gas pollution is still widely unaccounted for even after many new technologies have been developed to help improve sustainability and efficiency. This report will focus on the sustainability and efficiency of residential apartment homes and how introduction to some new technologies can not only save money but save the environment and improve comfort living at the same time. The technological solution to the above stated issue will be researched online and journal article readings as well as interview the developers to gather information on the benefits of the technology. The findings will show the improvements of new sustainable and efficient technology has on the environment, long term savings on bills, improvements in comfort living and how to consume more resourcefully.
