These notes for Equities and Trusts enabled me to attain high distinction grades for all assessments in the unit. I constructed them in a logical sequence so that if I needed to refer to them I would be able to do so quickly and obtain a comprehensive understanding of any concept in the most straightforward way possible. Many of the major topics have become umbrellas for minor topics in order to make the flow of the notes logical. The notes contain all the topics for the current unit syllabus (with some combined together to enhance the flow).
