The report will analyse the cyberbullying incidents among adolescent through the case study of Emily. Specifically, it will examine this problematic behaviour in two different perspectives from the contributing factors of cyberbullying (low self-esteem of bullies and the reaction peers) to the critique on the response of teachers and school. Moreover, this study also introduces Cooperative Discipline and Restorative Justice as two theoretical approaches in building positive learning environment and resolving the cyberbullying incidents. Lastly, the adjustment of school’s policy also be discussed to further diminish the number of perpetrators of bullying, as well as, fostering positive behavior to prevent more cyberbullying incidents
