Dairy farming intensification occurs from a relatively low external input compared to those that use the high external input. New Zealand's climate, rich soil and great weather and temperatures as we as the abundance of water in New Zealand, create a great environment for the animals to live in. However this means that New Zealand is dependent upon worldwide for the production of dairy products, meat and milk included. This creates a large amount of pressure on farmers to produce such large quantities of dairy products, however this can create a large amount of increased carbon levels that can seriously damage our atmosphere and world. Worldwide agriculture feeds more than seven biion people however it is a major source of greenhouse gas poution, greenhouse gases aow energy from the sun to pass through to the earth's surface but prevent some of the energy escaping.
