Ethnographic Investigation Into the Divergence of Judaic traditions within Brisbane

This investigation has explored the influence of sacred texts on Jewish adherents when being assessed by demographic information within a contemporary context. It was then hypothesised that adherents to Judaism have varied their devotion to their sacred text due to the evolving modern context and the demographic backgrounds. This report requires the interviewing of two separate persons of the Judaic faith that are separated by age and area of Judaism. This produced very satisfactory results, demonstrating that older and more conservative Jews were more devoted to their sacred text. This was evident from the interviews undertaken that showed clear indication toward age and religiosity. There was also reason to assume that the evolving themes of the 21st century have caused divergence amongst Judaic people.
