Royal Dutch Shell plc or known as Shell, is a British-Dutch multinational oil and gas company was formed in 1907. Shell is one of the largest independent energy companies. Shell has been a partner in Malaysia for over 125 years. Now, Shell maintains their presence in the country through long-term investment, innovation and impact to local communities. In fact, Shell is one of the pioneered in Malaysia. Shell is famous for their oils, fuels and car services, but they also do as well as exploration, production, and refining of petroleum products. Shell focuses on turning crude oil into a range of refined products and shell also produce and sell petrochemicals for industrial to market around the world for industrial and transport uses. Shell has an operation in over 70 countries with 43.000 service stations worldwide and serves around 30 million customers every day. According to the 2016 annual report, its revenue amounted $233.6 Billion. In the 2016 annual report, Royal Dutch Shell or known as Shell stated that they employed an average 94.000 workers and they recruited around 800 graduates, 800 experienced professionals, and 2.800 people during 2015 to 2016 in worldwide. Shell has thousands of Shell scholars over the years and from their Live Wire program they made young entrepreneurs.
