Dragon Cinema is an entertainment company in Sabah. It is the largest cinema with 15 halls and 1500 seats. In the existing system, a customer can book the ticket over the counter. Due to increase in crowd, instead of wasting time in queue of cinema counter especially during school holidays and festive seasons, the top management found that it will be easier and efficient to book the tickets online. There will be lots of advancement in online booking system where the customers are able to see the movie listing, showtimes, review and even can confirm their ticket and done the payment before reaching the cinema. Top management will be benefited by keeping track not only on the membership, tickets sold, food and beverages sold even included the toys and other peripheral merchandise released by a certain movie.
