There were about 11 million out of 16 million adult Malaysians who were sick with a non-communicable disease like diabetes, hypertension, cancer and kidney failure. What is even more alarming is that these victims are made up of young people. As a young people, their health is one of their assets. Without it, our quality of life will be reduced as this is the critical time to growth our self and our lifestyle. We must never take things for granted. Knowing this, it has become a great interest to study on health behaviour of Malaysian and how conscious are they towards their healthy; 1- Demography of potential students (gender, age, religion, level of education, weight, height, etc.). 2- BMI (Height and Weight). 3- Health condition (any sickness, medicine consuming) 4- Eating habit (meal per day, preferable type of meal) 5- Physical activity (exercise, sports activity) 6- Leisure activity (hobby, smoking habit, hours of sleep)
