Facts: P bought bottle of ginger, drank, decomposed remains of snail fall, P suffered shock at the nauseating sight-severe gastro-enteritis, caused by D failure to take reasonable care in manufacturing. Decision: D owed DOC as he could avoid the acts which can be foreseen.

Facts: C drive negligently and crashes his car,doctor comes to help, run over by Hearse. Decision: C owe DOC to doctors death.
