Statutory Interpretation Exercise
Assignment is Problem Question around Betty and Wendy who both purchased "Big Boys Toys" Electric Drills. Betty's was a gift for her husband but Wendy's was for her to use in her business of putting together flat pack furniture. Both parts required you to interpret several sections of the ACL, and consider misleading and deceptive conduct. Please note I only just passed this assignment as there were a couple of things I got incorrect.
