Research Practises - Annotated Bibliography

Please find attached my Annotated Bibliography for Stage 1 Research Practises. I analysed resources discussing Trickle-down economics. Task sheet A bibliography is a list of fully referenced sources that you have consulted in order to the complete task. An annotated bibliography differs from a standard bibliography. The purpose of annotations (extra comments) is to inform the reader of the relevance, accuracy and quality of the sources used. Writing annotations about the sources forces you to read more carefully, and be more critical about the information you select. You should include approximately 4 sources in your annotated bibliography. Include more than one type of source (e.g. not all websites). You may use more sources in your research outcome, but select the most appropriate ones that you have located. Reference each source in an appropriate and consistent manner. Your submission must include the following: Your Research Question (not included in the word count) For each source used include the following: Brief description of the content of the source (key findings) and any useful quotes or statistics. Explanation of how the source is useful in answering your research question. Outline of any relevant ethical considerations made. Author/creator’s background (Do they have any qualifications or expertise?) The references consulted (Has the author/creator referenced the sources they have used?) Interpretations made of the topic (What seems to be the purpose of the information e.g. persuade or inform? Do they give reasons for their interpretations that are supported by evidence?) Language and/or presentation (Does it seem balanced or one-sided?) Strengths and weaknesses of the source (Is the source useful for answering some aspects of the research but not others? Is it too simplistic or too complicated? Does it incorporate a number of viewpoints or is it limited? Does it contain primary sources? etc.) I received an A+ (33/33) in this assignment.
