How does the change in sound volume levels affect the size of the flame produced through Rubens tube?

This experiment is being conducted to observe the relationship between varying volume levels (wave amplitude) and the height of the flame produced in the Ruben’s tube. Sound is a mechanical wave, which means that it is a result of vibrating particles that travel back and forth within different mediums. In the Ruben’s tube, the sound wave produced from the speaker causes flexible rubber film next to it to vibrate at the specific frequency of the sound wave. The causes compression and refraction in the gas particle, the high-pressure zones are depicted by compression and the low-pressure zones are shown by refraction, refer to fig 1. The pressure created at specific points which are known as anode will drive the gas out of the nearby holes and will cause the flames to stand higher in that section of the tube (sites.google.com, n.d.).
