Cyber stalking is considered a crime in every state and territory of Australia. Cyber stalking is an illegal conduct that is intentionally directed at a person on more than one occasion, which is intended to cause the victim harm or distress . The Australian Bureau of Statistics shows that shows that 15 percent of woman have been stalked by a man at least once in their lifetime. This report presents an investigation on the issue of Cyber stalking and address how victims are not receiving the justice they deserve. There is also an analyses of the legal issues concerning a specific case and receive a fact sheet of legislation that also relates to the chosen case.
