Although Meursault does not necessarily discover himself the slightly heightened emphasis of his feelings and attitude towards situations in part two allow the audience to fathom the obvious yet slight change in Meursault which contrast to his heavily sequestered thoughts and feelings in part one. Often the absurdities within our society depict people as outsiders and we unconsciously are quick to judge, we are expeditious to despise the character in part one although Meursault’s slight change in character and the large array of absurdities surrounding Meursault’s conviction in part two ultimately obliges the audience to question their own beliefs and inevitably causes the readers to side with Meursault regardless of the fact that it cont...
