Situation Analysis: Pulse Nightclub Introduction: Pulse will be a nightclub offering an array of quality liquors and unique cocktails. An extensive range of local and premium boutique beers will also be available. The nightclub will feature high-energy dance music and house some of Australia’s best DJ’s. Pulse Nightclub will specialise in differentiation; offering a variety of promotions and concepts that will be new to Canberra’s nightlife. The nightclub will distinguish itself with its staff, exceptional customer understanding and service, atmosphere, and social prestige. Pulse Nightclub will be located at 185 City Walk, Civic Canberra (refer to appendix.1) in the building, which recently housed “The Australian”. The venue will house two distinct spaces. The first level will offer an intimate lounge experience. Tables and booths will layer the dance floor opposite the main bar. The second level will feature a DJ booth, stage and dance floor. The Nightclub will operate 7pm through till 3am, Monday to Wednesday and 4pm though till 5am Thursday to Sunday. Offering unrivalled customer service in a high-energy atmosphere, its world-class concept and design will make Pulse Nightclub one of Canberra’s most sought after nightclub destinations.
