This is my research paper on "A Critical Analysis of the Fifth Wave of Public Health Within the Singapore Context" for LL4318V Public Health Law and Regulation, which I got an A- for in AY 2020/2021. More on the module: This course provides an introduction to important topics in public health law and regulation. It explores the use of law as an important tool in protecting the public’s health, responding to health risks and implementing strategies to promote and improve public health. The course reviews the nature and sources of public health law, and regulatory strategies that law can deploy to protect and promote public health. It considers these roles in selected areas within the field: for example, the control of infectious diseases, acute public health threats like SARS and pandemic influenza, sexually transmitted infections, tobacco control, and non-communicable diseases such as heart disease, stroke and diabetes.
