Our group had decided to interview representatives from KPMG as well as TikTok to review our understanding of the Accounting Information System (AIS) theories and concepts that we have learnt over the past weeks. As leading firms with large footprints globally in their respective industries, we believe that the firms should have the necessary and best in class practices. Through our interviews with each company’s representatives, we explored how AIS applies to businesses that provide services instead of goods that were mainly covered in class.
