Legal Ethics Week 1 to Week 10
LAWS706 - Legal Ethics
29 Pages • Complete Study Notes • Year: Pre-2021
I took this paper this year (Semester 1 2020), and achieved top 1% of the class with A+. These notes are what helped me revise for the exam, but also refer during the case assignments. The stuffs highlighted and also orange text are case commentary using the ILAC format (which is IMPORTANT). Exam materisl are red text, thus questions were built around those modules. When writing my notes, I like to link multiple cases to give you a better understanding of the content.
