73 Pages Complete Study Notes Year: Pre-2021

This paper was by far the hardest first-year paper for the law degree in 2019. No one in this paper scored A+ overall hence I score A because of these notes (I had to simplified some concepts, also providing case commentary and their possible solutions). Your assignment and final exams are based on reading a ton of cases, but also structuring it in a way like these notes. The stuff highlighted in green and orange text is "MUST READ" cases because it will appear in your exam. The stuffs in blue text is stuffs that came in your assignment (case study)
