Reflection is a form of personal response to experiences, situations, events, or new information and involves a 'processing' phase where thinking and learning take place. Reflection starts with YOU and allows you to re-visit and assess your prior experiences and knowledge. These prior experiences and knowledge help to shape who you are and how your thoughts, beliefs, values, attitude, and assumption change because of these experiences. In other words, what makes you-YOU? Thus, you are required to write a reflective report on your experience during the PDW.
