Composing Essay Year 12 English. “You’re vegan? I could never go vegan. I love the taste of meat way too much for that” This is what I used to say, when someone mentioned the word vegan to me. Then meatless may hit, during the covid lockdown of 2020. I decided for just one month, I would challenge myself to go vegetarian, and I have never looked back. Over 2 years later, I find myself reading new books and watching documentaries to understand why we live like we do.
