My limbs felt heavy and unresponsive and my stomach was so upset its like it was angry at me. I had no recollection of how I ended up on my itchy old couch in my apartment, though the empty beer bottles were a major clue. The emotions all hit me at once. The disappointment, the guilt, the anger, the sadness. It had been a whole year since the love of my life Vivian Jones disappeared. Vivian was full of life and passion and was effortlessly beautiful. Her chocolate-brown hair waved gently down to her shoulders and her deep emerald-green eyes took over my soul and wrapped itself around my heart. When she disappeared it was like as if my heart had been torn out of my chest and shattered into a million pieces. My life hasn’t been the same since she disappeared.
