SHOT 1 The sequence opens with the binoculars, from the lens of binoculars implying point of view shot to show Sam was rushing back to the church to fetch Suzy’s binoculars as well as the following shot combines with the camera movement to watch Sam’s search, this create flashback to audience that Suzy was using binoculars to look at Sam in the field when they planned to run away. But Suzy was waiting on the crabbing boat at that time that leads audiences to think who is watching Sam which develops an establishing shot to show audiences which character is holding binoculars in the next scene.
