Culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds have difficulty in accessing services, interacting with educational institutions and low levels on the critical use of information and communication technologies (Migliorino 2011). This issue proposes negative ramifications for their personal impact on the environment. Education to these ethnic populations in terms of safeguarding the environment from pollution proves to be difficult due to the belief that their habitual behaviour does not include digital mediums.
