It mainly focuses on job attributes and recruitment practices as the two factors that influence job-choice. It further gathers methods and recommendation, relating to these factors, for building employees abilities to lure suitable applicants. It also explores whether deadlines for taking a job impacts an applicants decision and it covers two opposing verdicts regarding the impact of recruitment processes on job-choice decisions after job characteristics are considered: Certain researchers believe job attributes are the leading factors that impact a job seekers decision and recruitment processes will have minimal impact after these are evaluated. However, other evidence has been presented that recruitment procedures do have an effect on job-choice.
