TED Talks have become an interesting source of information. However it is important to ensure that these talks are more than motivational or entertaining. Watch Dan Pink’s video (as per below) and conduct a degree of research to consider Pink’s arguments about creating job satisfaction through intrinsic motivation. Then use this information to answer the essay question.
In order to be successful in my career, I will need to manage my internal motivation to create job satisfaction.
