Each participant has a different role to play. The purpose of this task is to attain both personal goals and team goals. An effective leadership and a positive mindset team should be applied during the simulation in order to increase the chance of achieving outstanding outcomes. This report will construe how leadership and a team with growth mindset may affect overall marks by comparing the performance in simulation One and simulation Two. Team members are supposed to do the task virtually for the first simulation. The overall result of our group was 44 out of 100 while I got 67 for my personal goals in simulation One (as a marathoner).
