The drill included a Warm-Up/Individual Status, a Partner Status/Second Course, and a Group Status/Final Course. 3 main fitness components that are being developed in the drill were identified and specific examples were provided as to how these components are developed in the drill. Possible changes in the drill were explained to incorporate the progressive overload principle over time.
