Salmonella is a common bacterial disease that affects the intestinal tract. Salmonella bacteria usually live in animal and human intestines and are excreted in the faeces. Humans are most frequently infected through contaminated water or food. Someone might get Salmonella by consumption the raw food that are prepared that still not thorough cooked as Salmonella often be in the uncooked foods, particularly in poultry and on the eggshells. Salmonella can also be contracted through cross-contamination of food such as raw chicken that in contact with cooked chicken or vegetables. In addition, Salmonella bacteria can be in the faeces of people infected with Salmonella and the bacterias would be continued to spread to the food which people eating by their contamination hands if they don’t wash hand after going to toilet.
