“A mutual fund is a company that brings together money from many people and invests it in portfolio comprising of stocks, bonds or other assets (Commission, 2005).” One of the key differences between domestic and global funds is that domestic funds only incorporate companies which are offered in the home country. On the flipside, a global fund has a mixture of foreign companies and domestic companies incorporated into a portfolio.
