Within this portfolio I will be focussing on my communication effectiveness, one element of many of interpersonal effectiveness that’s connected to my success within the workplace. This portfolio’s purpose is to study and improve upon my interpersonal effectiveness in a group setting. This will be shown via an analysis of a critical incident that occurred during a Group Assignment for BSB124, then using the STARP Model and Tuckman’s Team Development Model (Tuckman, 1965; Jensen & Tuckman, 1977).
