In any case, true success (characterised by promotion, leadership and power) in a position requires a scope of social and enthusiastic skills (Cherniss, 1998). A study done by the University of Kent (2010) says, bosses support representatives that have a scope of social and enthusiastic abilities. In this portfolio, I investigate my intrapersonal qualities and inadequacies as far as the abilities that will advantage me in my interest for workplace achievement and particular abilities that will help me in my picked profession as a project manager. I will evaluate my intrapersonal effectiveness using the NEO IPIP measure of identity and will recognise how I plan to improve such abilities taking into account my profession objectives by utilizing the "SMART" criteria
